My name is Giselle Ruzany and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and Washington, D.C. I am also a resident in the process of getting my full license in VA. I work mainly out of my office in Falls Church VA and use a blend of Gestalt and Dance therapy to serve the needs of my clients. I also offer life coaching internationally through Skype, iChat and phone.

The biggest difference between coaching and counseling, is that the boundaries of coaching are more loose, allowing a more creative medium for communication and way of building of a therapeutic relationship. It has been really rewarding to move into the technological world. I have facilitated movement, chackra meditation, gestalt dialogs, traditional coaching and much more inside each individual's comfortable home. I have had successes in both and like to reserve my psychotherapy practice for trauma and psychological disorders while leaving coaching for individuals that can not reach my office in Falls Church, VA.
