Movement-Based Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy
Thank you for visiting my page. I truly love this work and feel honored to support you on your healing journey. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore personal growth with kindness, curiosity, and authenticity. In our sessions, we will move together, exploring both conversation and embodied practices to help you connect more deeply with yourself.

Through movement, creative expression, and somatic awareness, I integrate Somatic Psychology, EMDR, and Expressive Arts Therapy, including Dance/Movement Therapy, to help you unlock creativity, release tension, and build a stronger sense of self. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, grief, trauma, or emotional blocks, or are looking to reconnect with your creativity and inner wisdom, I’m here to guide you through this transformative process.
My academic path has been a journey through psychology, movement, and the healing arts. I hold a Ph.D. in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University, with earlier training in Somatic Psychology and Dance/Movement Therapy at Naropa University. Over the years, I’ve also become certified in EMDR and Gestalt Therapy, continually deepening my understanding of how body, mind, and spirit work together in the healing process. From my early studies in psychology and dance at George Washington University to the work I do today, teaching at Antioch University, my passion remains centered on bridging the inner and outer worlds through movement, creative expression, and healing relationships.
