Trauma-Informed Therapies and Creative Healing Practices
In our work together, healing unfolds through the body, the imagination, and the relational field. Whether through movement, creative expression, or attuned presence, we listen for what words alone may not yet carry. Grounded in the understanding of Polyvagal Theory, we pay close attention to the rhythms of the nervous system—its impulses of safety, connection, and defense—and gently support a return to regulation. Trauma often lives in the body and in our patterns of relating, and it seeks embodied, creative pathways to integration. Through guided awareness, expressive process, and co-regulated attunement, we invite the system to renegotiate stuck places with compassion and clarity. This process honors the inner wisdom that already knows how to move toward healing—sometimes through image, movement, a single breath, or eyes held with care. Together, we create space for what longs to be felt, expressed, and finally, released. The healing approaches described here are woven into our work depending on what resonates with your journey, offering embodied pathways toward healing, clarity, and self-trust.
